For the first time ever, we are so excited and proud to publicly share our estate Puna coffee processed as a natural (or dried-in-the-fruit). A perfect companion to our washed Puna Kazumura and Honeyed Yellow Caturra, this Puna Natural coats your palate with heavy fruit flavors reminiscent of sweet strawberry jam on warm, buttered toast, brandy, raisins and vanilla. "Natural" process coffees are produced by allowing freshly harvested, ripe-red coffee cherry to dry and cure fully intact, imparting intense dried fruit characteristics over the course of 3-4 months as the coffee ages in its skin.
